The City of Timmins is on board with its Earth Day tradition.
Riding Timmins Transit is free today.
"Public transit reduces traffic congestion, especially during busy road construction and maintenance months. Public transit also helps to lower greenhouse gas emissions and conserve energy and fuel by reducing the number of private vehicles on the road," says the city.
